All services are subject to availability, service area limitations, operational capacity, and acceptance by BeLa Cleaning.
2. Eligibility

3. Booking Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when booking a service, including your name, contact details, service address, access instructions, and payment information.
If any information you provide is inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading, BeLa Cleaning may delay, reschedule, or cancel your service and may charge applicable fees where appropriate.
4. Pricing and Charges
Pricing is based on the service selected, the size and condition of the property as described at booking, and any add-ons or special requests.
If the actual condition of the property materially differs from the information provided at booking, BeLa Cleaning may:
-
adjust the final price;
-
limit the scope of the service;

decline to continue the appointment.
You are responsible for all charges associated with your booking, including authorized add-ons, late cancellation fees, lockout fees, and any other amounts described in our Service Policy.
5. Payments
Payment may be collected at the time of booking, before service, after service, or in accordance with the payment terms displayed during checkout.
You authorize BeLa Cleaning to charge the payment method provided for all agreed charges.
If your payment method is declined, reversed, disputed, or otherwise fails, you remain responsible for all outstanding amounts.
6. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Access Events
Cancellations, rescheduling requests, missed appointments, and no-access events are governed by our Service Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.
7. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
-
provide safe and lawful working conditions;
-
provide timely and accurate access to the property;
-
secure valuables and fragile items;
-
disclose pets and any known risks in the home;
-
ensure that the service address is within our service area; and
-
communicate any special instructions clearly before the appointment.
You understand that failure to meet these responsibilities may result in additional fees, service limitations, or service refusal.
8. Right to Refuse or Stop Service
BeLa Cleaning reserves the right to refuse, limit, reschedule, or stop services at any time if we determine that the conditions at the property are unsafe, unsanitary beyond the booked scope, illegal, threatening, discriminatory, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate for service.
Full or partial charges may still apply where permitted by our policies.
9. Service Scope Limitations
BeLa Cleaning provides only the cleaning services expressly included in the service selected at booking.
We do not guarantee the removal of all stains, odors, buildup, mold, mildew, hard-water marks, discoloration, or other conditions that may be permanent, pre-existing, or beyond the scope of ordinary residential cleaning.
We are not responsible for outcomes affected by product limitations, surface deterioration, poor maintenance history, or undisclosed home conditions.
10. Satisfaction, Re-Cleans, and Refunds
Client complaints must be submitted within 24 hours of service.
If BeLa Cleaning determines that a complaint relates to work within the original booking scope and that corrective action is appropriate, we may offer a re-clean as the primary remedy.
Refunds, credits, or other remedies may be offered at BeLa Cleaning’s sole discretion unless otherwise required by law.
11. Damage Claims and Limitation of Liability
Any claim for damage, breakage, or missing property must be reported within 24 hours after service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeLa Cleaning’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a service appointment shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for that specific appointment, except where a different remedy is required by law.

Terms & Conditions - the basics
Having said that, Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) are a set of legally binding terms defined by you, as the owner of this website. The T&C set forth the legal boundaries governing the activities of the website visitors, or your customers, while they visit or engage with this website. The T&C are meant to establish the legal relationship between the site visitors and you as the website owner.
T&C should be defined according to the specific needs and nature of each website. For example, a website offering products to customers in e-commerce transactions requires T&C that are different from the T&C of a website only providing information (like a blog, a landing page, and so on).
T&C provide you as the website owner the ability to protect yourself from potential legal exposure, but this may differ from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, so make sure to receive local legal advice if you are trying to protect yourself from legal exposure.
What to include in the T&C document
Generally speaking, T&C often address these types of issues: Who is allowed to use the website; the possible payment methods; a declaration that the website owner may change his or her offering in the future; the types of warranties the website owner gives his or her customers; a reference to issues of intellectual property or copyrights, where relevant; the website owner’s right to suspend or cancel a member’s account; and much, much more.
